Service Day
Participate in Clinton’s 1st Annual
Community Service Day!
June 29, 2019
Serve a neighbor, a friend, and our community!
There are multiple ways to participate
PLAN YOUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD/GROUP PROJECT
Do you see a need in your neighborhood? Plan a project to help a neighbor. Ideas could include planting flowers, staining or repairing a fence, mulching, fixing the sprinklers, weeding, taking down a tree, collecting garbage, etc.
Register your project at: Register A Project
The City will have a limited number of dumpsters available for approved projects. Please indicate when you register your project if you would like to request a dumpster. For those not needing a dumpster, the City shops will be open to accept yard debris from registered projects.
SERVE A CLINTON CITY RESIDENT
Clinton City is a great place to live, because great people live here. We create a sense of community by reaching out to our friends and neighbors. Ideas could include visiting another resident, meeting a new neighbor, donating your time or talents to meet a local need. These projects could be done individually or with a group.
These projects may be registered at: Register A Project
PARTICIPATE IN A CITY SPONSORED PROJECT
Bring your family and friends to help beautify Clinton. The Clinton City Parks department will have mulch to place at two locations:
- Heritage Park 1000 West 1300 North
- Clinton City Civic Center 2300 North 1500 West
Mulch will be available from 8:00 am to noon or until all the mulch has been placed. Volunteers please bring shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows as there will be a very limited supply of these items available for use.
Thank you.
Together we can create a beautiful and welcoming community. Thank you for your service.
